Processing time: 2–3 business days. Peak season (spring/summer) processing may extend to 5 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We use tracked courier services across Australia. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch. A tracking number will be issued via email upon dispatch.

Certain remote and regional areas may experience extended delivery windows or limited service availability.


Nucleus Colonies (Nucs) — Collection Only
Live nucleus colonies are not available for shipping under any circumstances. Collection is the sole fulfilment method.

Collection is by appointment only. Once your order and deposit are confirmed, Sydney Bees will contact you to schedule a collection date and time window. Collection windows are typically offered Tuesday–Saturday during the active season.

Buyer Transport Responsibility:
The buyer is solely responsible for providing appropriate transport equipment, including a ventilated nuc transport box or secured hive, and for ensuring safe handling during transit from our premises. Ubiquity Enterprise Pty Ltd accepts no liability for colony condition following departure from the collection address.

Protective Equipment:
Buyers are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during collection. A veil and gloves are the minimum standard. Sydney Bees reserves the right to decline collection to any person presenting without adequate PPE.


Deposit & Balance Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a Nuc reservation. The balance is payable in full at collection, by card or cash.
