Ubiquity Enterprise Pty Ltd (ABN 66 692 343 598), trading as Sydney Bees, is committed to compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the ACL.


Products Eligible for Return
Honey, Beeswax & Food Products Eligible for return if: unopened, unused, in original sealed packaging, and the return is requested within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated by emailing care@sydneybees.com with your order number and reason for return.

Beekeeping Equipment & Accessories Eligible for return if: unused, in original resalable condition with all original packaging intact, and the return is requested within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items
Live Nucleus Colonies (Nucs) All Nuc sales are final. Live bee colonies cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once collected from our premises. Title and risk in the colony pass to the buyer at the point of collection. Post-collection colony health, queen performance, and survival are outside Ubiquity Enterprise Pty Ltd's control and responsibility.

This exclusion does not apply where Ubiquity Enterprise Pty Ltd has failed to supply, or where the colony supplied materially does not conform to the description provided at point of sale — in which case your statutory rights under the ACL remain intact.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items Not eligible for return.


Refund Process
Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition.

Card processing surcharges are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Sale items are not eligible for refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@sydneybees.com or +61 466 785 873. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.


Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using tracked postage — Ubiquity Enterprise Pty Ltd accepts no liability for items lost in return transit.
